IT Business Analyst – (Senior Associate Level)

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 per month

Job Details: We are hiring an IT Business Analyst for corporate office to engage with stakeholders, elicit requirements, evaluate workflows, and support SAP/financial systems.

• POSITION: IT Business Analyst

• WORK SETUP: Hybrid / Corporate Office Deployment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements, workflows, and use cases

• Evaluate current business processes to identify areas for system optimization and workflow automation

• Translate business requirements into functional specification documents, user stories, and system diagrams

• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing of developed solutions to validate requirements and fix defects

• Assist in developing user training materials and conduct user training sessions for smooth system adoption

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst

• Exposure to SAP applications, financial systems, or enterprise software platforms

• Strong documentation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills
