• Graduate or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.

• Minimum 2 years of US Healthcare experience.

• Experience in IT projects, digital transformation, or process improvement.

• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
