IT Business Analyst - US Healthcare | Hybrid
Description
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with a strong background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, and US Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have experience working on IT, digital transformation, and business process improvement projects, with the ability to engage stakeholders, manage cross-functional activities, and communicate effectively with clients, executives, and technical teams.
The role requires strong storytelling and presentation skills, as well as experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate or Master’s Degree with 5 years in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, with at least 2+ years in US Healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech).
- Experience working on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exposure to cross-functional and stakeholder management activities.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; ability to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences.
Preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Certifications, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with productizing AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare operations.
- Data analytics and reporting experience.
- Change management exposure.
- Process automation experience.
