Summary

About the role
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the company's IT infrastructure and systems. Ensure smooth operation of network, servers, hardware and software across the organization. Provide technical support to all departments, implement IT policies, and assist in system upgrades or migrations. Collaborate with company standards and cyber security best practices.
Key responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with computer hardware, software, and network equipment
Perform system administration tasks, such as user account management, software installations, and system backups
Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, including servers, routers, and other network devices
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT Engineer or System Administrator role
Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting
Proficient in managing and configuring Windows and/or Linux operating systems
Experience with enterprise-level applications, databases, and cloud technologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with headquarters and suppliers
