Opportunity to lead IT operations, infrastructure and digitalisation initiatives within a growing precision CNC manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Provide IT support for computers, software, networks and other IT-related issues
Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and IT equipment
Coordinate with external IT and ERP vendors for technical support and maintenance
Manage IT assets, software licences, user accounts and system access
Ensure IT security, data backup and data protection
Support ERP operations, troubleshooting and user access management
Handle IT procurement, vendor coordination and cost monitoring
Maintain IT records, documentation and maintenance schedules
Identify opportunities for IT improvements, system upgrades and digitalization
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant IT working experience
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and Microsoft 365
Basic knowledge of IT security, data backup and system administration
Experience in ERP systems, preferably in manufacturing operations
Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills
Able to work independently and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
