IT EXECUTIVE (AI & Intelligent Automation)
Summary
Supports the company's day-to-day IT operations (computers, networks, software, troubleshooting) while identifying and rolling out AI tools and automated workflows across event management, marketing, creative production, reporting, and admin processes. Core areas: AI platforms, workflow automation, and general IT support.
Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 per month
About the role
We are looking for a proactive and technology-driven IT Executive (AI Intelligence) to support the company's IT operations, implement AI-powered solutions, and improve business efficiency through digitalisation and intelligent automation. The successful candidate will assist in identifying opportunities to integrate AI tools into the company's event management, marketing, creative production, reporting, and administrative workflows.
Key responsibilities
Identify business processes that can be improved through AI tools and automation
Implement AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and reduce repetitive manual tasks
Explore and utilise AI tools for content creation, data analysis, reporting, and business operations
Develop automated workflows for routine administrative and operational tasks
Evaluate new AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions to management
Maintain company computers, software, networks, and IT equipment
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues
Provide technical support to employees and ensure systems operate efficiently
Manage software installations, updates, licences, and IT equipment records
Assist in implementing digital tools to improve internal processes
About you
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field
Relevant experience in IT support, AI tools, automation, or digital transformation is preferred
Familiarity with AI platforms, productivity tools, and workflow automation
Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, software troubleshooting, and data security
Experience with automation platforms, APIs, databases, or scripting is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Able to work independently and collaborate with different departments
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs
