IT Executive (Glass manufacturing company, Mandarin Speaker)
Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 per month
About the role
The IT Executive is responsible for the management and maintenance of subsidiary modules within the company's internal business systems, including OA, ERP, MES, PDA, and consumption systems. This role encompasses testing, training, issue reporting, and resolution of internal business systems, as well as researching new business system requirements, system implementation, and training.
Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain subsidiary modules within the company's internal business systems, including OA, ERP, MES, PDA, and consumption systems
Conduct testing, training, issue reporting, and resolution of internal business systems
Research new business system requirements, system implementation, and training
Maintain company office terminals, IT equipment, surveillance devices, and office networks
Maintain and inspect the status of business system servers in the company's data center
Maintain company video conferencing equipment and telecommunication devices (excluding parts managed by the carrier)
Perform daily troubleshooting and maintenance within the company
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment & Able to work overtime when needed
Technically competent with good analytical skills, result oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance
Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, excellent time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with high sense of urgency and tight deadlines
Strong learning ability and adaptability
Good documentation skills
