IT Executive (ERP)

Salary: RM 5,400 – RM 7,999 per month

What You'll Do

• Provide ERP system support to users and troubleshoot system-related issues.

• Manage user access, system configuration, workflows, transactions and reports.

• Understand business processes and identify opportunities to improve ERP processes.

• Gather and document requirements for ERP enhancements and customization.

• Liaise with ERP vendors on system issues, enhancements and implementation projects.

• Coordinate system testing, UAT, training and system implementation.

• Provide general IT support and infrastructure assistance when required.

• Maintain proper ERP documentation and follow up on issues until resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support and ERP systems.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience in ERP customization / enhancement projects.

• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT support.

• Experience working with ERP vendors and internal users.

• Mandarin language skills are required for communication with Mandarin-speaking principals and vendors.

• Willing to work in Cheras, Selangor.

• Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,999, depending on experience.
