IT Executive
Salary: $2,400 – $3,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to be the first point of contact for everyday IT issues across the organisation — from laptop setup and Microsoft 365 accounts to printers, networks and access requests.
The role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related enquiries and issues, ensuring timely response and resolution
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, connectivity and basic network problems for staff and advisers
• Set up, configure and hand over laptops and mobile devices for new joiners; recover and clean-up for offboarding’s
• Log, track and escalate issues appropriately, and keep support documentation up to date
• Maintain the IT asset inventory and assist with hardware and software procurement
• Perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and macros).
• Assist in automating repetitive tasks using scripting and AI tools to improve efficiency
• Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations and new software rollouts
• Other IT-related duties as assigned
What we are looking for
Must have
• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience will be considered)
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 administration, and common office hardware
• Sound understanding of basic networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, DNS concepts)
• Good working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical matters plainly to non-technical users
• Well organised, able to prioritise competing requests and see them through to closure
• Service-minded, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a small team
Good to have
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, macros) or experience with data visualisation tools
• Familiarity with basic scripting or automation tools
• Exposure to AI-assisted tools and workflows
• Basic programming knowledge (PHP)
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance or a regulated environment
