IT Executive
Summary
An IT Executive provides first-level technical support and keeps systems, networks, and hardware stable across the restaurant group's head office and outlets. Day to day this means troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, administering LAN/WAN environments, maintaining documentation, and handling backups, NAS servers, and the Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
Salary: RM 2,700 – RM 3,500 per month
About the role
We are looking for an IT Executive to support technology operations across our head office and outlets. You will keep our systems stable, provide timely technical support and maintain network integrity, whether on-site or remotely.
Key responsibilities
Serve as first-level support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues for head office and outlets
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware, system software, application software and configurations
Maintain documentation for IT procedures, asset inventory and system configurations
Perform data backups and recovery, and manage migration to new hardware and software
Support ad-hoc projects assigned by management
About you
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, including at least 1 year in a similar IT support role
Solid IT hardware knowledge
Understanding of operating systems (Windows and Mac), networking (LAN/WAN), troubleshooting and firewall/security technologies
Working knowledge of NAS servers and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
Disciplined and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
