Summary

Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support, including basic troubleshooting of laptops, software, network connectivity and IT peripherals
Manage and maintain office IT assets and HOMIE devices, including inventory tracking, asset labelling, device movement and documentation
Coordinate with internal operations teams and external vendors to support daily technical issues and operational activities
Perform basic hardware inspections, troubleshooting and device verification based on established technical guidelines and SOPs
Assist with data transfer, ingestion and uploading from project devices to NAS storage and cloud platforms
Support basic user account creation, access management and IT administration
Maintain accurate technical records, inventory updates and issue reports
Carry out technical tasks with training and guidance from the Tech Lead and relevant technical teams
About you
1-2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Administration or a related field
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting
Experience in IT asset and inventory management is required
Able to follow technical SOPs, troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when necessary
Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate in English
Comfortable working in a small team within a fast-paced startup environment
Willing to learn, adapt and explore new technologies, particularly in AI, data and emerging technologies
Able to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from the team lead
Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage
