IT Infrastructure Maintenance Team Lead

Salary: Rp 18.000.000 – Rp 25.000.000 per month

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Maintenance Team Lead who will oversee IT infrastructure maintenance as a whole, support the resolution of technical issues, and collaborate smoothly with team members and clients. Drawing on a foundational technical understanding of IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, and security, this role manages the progress of maintenance work, resolves operational issues, and leads smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams. Prior team lead experience is not required; senior engineers with substantial hands-on infrastructure experience, strong coordination skills, and leadership are also welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the overall progress of IT infrastructure maintenance, including servers, network, and security equipment

• Verify that regular inspections, preventive checks, incident response, and follow-up actions are carried out

• Manage maintenance schedules, work status, and service quality

• Review daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports and maintenance-related deliverables

• Identify operational risks and drive improvements to maintenance processes

• Support the understanding and analysis of infrastructure-related technical issues involving servers, network, and security equipment

• Work with technical staff to identify the causes of incidents and review solutions

• Manage the problem-resolution process in collaboration with internal technical teams and external vendors

• Track incident handling progress and ensure that root cause analysis and follow-up actions are completed

• Support the smooth execution of infrastructure changes, routine tasks, and system upgrades

About you

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, infrastructure operations, or maintenance

• Foundational technical understanding of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure operating environments

• Experience in infrastructure maintenance, incident response, troubleshooting, or operations support

• Ability to understand and manage the end-to-end work process, from reviewing requests and performing work to reporting results and following up

• Ability to communicate smoothly with technical staff and coordinate the problem-solving process

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external vendors

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage schedules and progress systematically

• A proactive attitude in identifying problems and taking responsibility for follow-up until they are resolved

• Basic understanding of Linux and Windows Server operating environments

• Understanding of server architecture, virtualization, and infrastructure operations
