Salary: $4,500 – $4,800 per month
About the company
Our client is a well-established Singapore company in the industrial services sector with operations across multiple sites. With the business growing, they’re looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to join their IT team.
Location
Senoko Way (North). Candidates staying in the north, such as Woodlands, Sembawang or Yishun, or those with their own transport, are preferred, as the office is not near an MRT station.
What you’ll do
Provide first- and second-level IT support to users across multiple sites: hardware, software, network and access issues.
Set up and maintain laptops, business applications and IT equipment. Handle onboarding, offboarding and user access.
Monitor and maintain on-premises and cloud systems, including patching, upgrades and preventive maintenance.
Support backup, data protection and disaster recovery.
Work with external vendors and service providers on IT projects and new technology rollouts.
Maintain IT documentation, support tickets and the asset inventory.
Suggest improvements to IT processes and help keep the environment secure.
What you’ll need
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, networking and cloud services.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Azure is an advantage.
Experience supporting multiple sites and working with vendors is a plus.
Professional IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft) are an advantage.
Good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently.
