IT OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Salary: Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month
We are hiring a IT Operations and Maintenance Engineer for our it department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, Windows domains, and office networks.
Monitor and maintain attendance, access-control, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications.
Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.
Ensure IT systems operate reliably and minimize downtime.
Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher.
At least 3 years of IT operations and maintenance experience.
Familiar with Windows domains, maintenance of attendance / access-control / MES systems, and office-network troubleshooting.
Mandarin, or Indonesian plus English.
