IT Project Manager (Banking/Fintech) - 2 Year Contract

Job Description

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, costs, and procurement documentation.
• Lead project teams, manage resources, prioritise backlogs, and handle change management.
• Organise project meetings, sprint planning, progress updates, demos, and deployments.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure project quality meets functional and non-functional standards.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Motivate team members, and drive project performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Software Delivery, or IT Consulting.
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in software project management within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance is preferred.
• PMP or Agile certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Contract Period: 2 years.
Location: BTS Ratchayothin.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (hybrid).
