IT Support Analyst | Melbourne CBD | Immediate Start

Salary: $35 – $50 per hour

$40-$50 + Super per hour | Contract Until November 2026 | Possible Extension

A well established professional services organisation is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their collaborative technology team on a temporary contract through to November 2026.

This is a hands on role supporting a corporate user base, providing Level 1 & 2 support across Microsoft technologies, end user devices and workplace technology. You'll be joining a close knit team responsible for delivering exceptional service across Melbourne and Sydney offices.

About the Role

Working onsite in Melbourne, you'll be responsible for delivering professional and responsive IT support while ensuring excellent customer service across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing Level 1 & 2 IT support to end users

• Troubleshooting Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and hardware-related issues

• Building, configuring and deploying laptops and desktops

• User onboarding and offboarding

• Managing Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts

• Supporting Intune and device management activities

• Managing and resolving incidents through the service desk

• Supporting meeting room and hybrid conferencing technology

• Maintaining IT assets and equipment registers

• Escalating issues to vendors and third-party providers when required

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role

• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments

• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID

• Exposure to Microsoft Intune and device deployment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience working within a corporate or professional office environment

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Desirable:

• ITIL exposure or certification

• Experience supporting professional services organisations

• Experience with laptop refresh or device rollout projects
