Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Patch Support Engineer responsible for managing and deploying software patches and security updates across desktops, laptops, and servers to ensure systems remain secure and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy Windows OS patches and security updates.
• Monitor patch deployment status and ensure successful installation.
• Identify and troubleshoot patching failures.
• Coordinate with IT support and infrastructure teams for patch deployment.
• Maintain patch compliance reports and documentation.
• Follow patch management policies and security standards.
• Support vulnerability remediation and system update activities.

Required Skills

• Experience in IT support or patch management.
• Knowledge of Windows OS patching and security updates.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft SCCM/MECM, WSUS, or Intune.
• Basic knowledge of Windows servers and desktop environments.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of vulnerability management tools.
• Basic understanding of ITIL and change management processes.
