We are looking for a skilled IT Support Staff to provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and support services for computer systems, hardware and software. Set up security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Maintain records of repairs, installations, and support requests.
Ensure network and system security, performing routine maintenance and updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Computer Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Familiarity with networking (routers, modems, switches, and firewalls).
Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues efficiently.
