IT Support / System Engineer

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 plus Super

A full-time permanent position has opened with this Australian owned and operated managed services group on-site in Melbourne's south-east suburbs. You will join a close-knit small team providing a range of technical services to a broad range of customers.

Tasks & responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Support end-users via phone, email, and remote support tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

• Monitor and manage client environments and perform daily checks & tasks.

• Assist with Projects, cloud migrations, new hardware and software installations.

• Have a deep understanding of MSP tools, remote monitoring, and management platforms.

Ideally you are a Systems/IT Support Engineer with the following experience:

• Knowledgeable of Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Exchange and Exchange online.

• Intune device management and creation of policies + apps

• Managing Enterprise applications in Entra ID

• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery

• Experience with WinTel Environments

• Experience with Virtualisation & Hosted Environments

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
