IT SYSTEMS SUPPORT OFFICER
Summary
IT support officer at a Hong Kong property developer, handling daily operation of company computer systems, data-center monitoring and maintenance, repairing/replacing computer equipment, assisting in testing of new systems, and preparing periodic operation reports. Core stack involves Microsoft environments (MCSE/CCNA certifications an advantage).

Responsibilities:
Support daily operation of computer systems and administrative tasks across the company
Monitor computer systems and maintenance work in data center
Provide support in computer equipment repairing or replacing work
Assist in testing of new system / technology
Prepare periodic operation reports
Perform ad-hoc projects and support as assigned
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience is preferred
Possess certification of MCSE and CCNA will be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, a team player with good analytical, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Non-office hours support is required
Fresh graduates with relevant experience will also be considered
