Responsibilities

  • Design scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
  • Build RESTful APIs that support mobile and web applications
  • Develop secure, reliable microservices with strong performance
  • Optimize database models and data access layers
  • Integrate third-party platforms and external APIs
  • Collaborate with engineers, QA, product, and architects to deliver solutions
  • Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical decisions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve scalability and reliability
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code that follows best practices
  • Improve delivery practices through CI/CD, automation, and modern development workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional Java development experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on Spring Boot experience
  • Solid REST API design experience
  • Practical microservices architecture knowledge
  • Relational database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server
  • JPA/Hibernate experience or similar persistence framework knowledge
  • Agile/Scrum teamwork experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency, spoken and written

Nice to have

  • Cloud platform experience (AWS or GCP)
  • Docker experience
  • Kubernetes experience
  • OAuth2 and Single Sign-On (SSO) knowledge
