Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Manual Tester with 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking industry, to perform manual testing and ensure the quality and reliability of banking systems and applications. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software testing processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with developers and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Execute manual test cases to verify system functionality and ensure compliance with business requirements.
Prepare and review test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on functional specifications.
Perform functional testing, regression testing, and retesting to validate system changes and bug fixes.
Identify, document, and report defects with clear steps to reproduce issues.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve defects.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system integration testing when required.
Participate in deployment activities and perform post-deployment verification.
Prepare test execution reports and maintain testing documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2–3 years of experience in Manual Software Testing, preferably in the banking industry.
Experience testing banking systems, financial applications, or related business processes is highly preferred.
Basic understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to create and execute test cases and document defects systematically.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Able to work on-site 5 days per week.
Flexible to work outside regular business hours when required for system deployment or go-live activities.

Monthly salary: THB 30,000 – 45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
