As a Modern Work Consultant, you will help design and deliver training programs, workshops, and adoption activities that support users in embracing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot. You’ll translate product capabilities into real-life scenarios, work closely with business and IT teams, and contribute to successful, measurable adoption across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support the creation and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and learning materials for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
- Help develop enablement plans, adoption roadmaps, and learning frameworks tailored to business needs.
- Translate technical features into easy-to-understand, role‑based scenarios and user-friendly documentation.
- Conduct user sessions, demos, and onboarding activities in collaboration with senior team members.
- Work with IT, HR, change management, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and user engagement.
- Contribute to guides, learning assets, and digital materials that promote long-term usage.
