Lead Technical Business Analyst
We are looking for a Lead Technical Business Analyst to drive functional decomposition and requirements clarity for a healthcare payer FE application replacing a legacy system. You will investigate the existing UI, interview QAs and Knowledge Owners, and translate findings into UX-aligned stories through acceptance—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Document existing system functions and map business processes
- Drive feature work across the full life cycle
- Improve Team processes through continuous feedback and iteration
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Work with UX Designers on wireframes and UI modeling
- Produce product and requirements documentation, guides, and release notes
- Play the Subject Matter Expert role for assigned Product modules
- Maintain completeness, accuracy, usability, and overall quality of requirements
- Contribute to the Team’s DoRs and DoDs
- Drive acceptance testing for implemented backlog items
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Business Analysis experience with a mature, self-motivated approach to solving problems
- Critical thinking capability and a strong client-oriented mindset
- Ability to craft solutions and communicate requirements to UX/UI designers to reach business goals
- Practical skill in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagrams
- Readiness to contribute to and improve the Team’s Business Analysis standards and processes
- Background in web application design with a tech-savvy mindset
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+ level)
- Experience using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in delivery teams
- Understanding of system integration concepts and dependencies
- Ability to dig into data to validate assumptions, even without solid tech skills yet
- Strong ability to stay effective under stress
