We have an
exciting opportunity for young energetic MBA – HR/Psychology freshers to
be part of a growing organization called Embark. Selected candidates will be
inducted as HR-Interns for a period of 4 months and will be paid stipend during
this period. Post training, based on performance, we would absorb deserving
candidates on the rolls of the organization.

A Brief
description of the role is provided below :
- Conduct market and talent research to identify potential candidates
using diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media
platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Build, organize, and maintain talent pipelines for current and
future hiring needs, with a focus on niche and hard-to-fill roles for GCC
clients.
- Initiate outreach to passive candidates, assess initial interest,
and support relationship-building efforts to create a strong candidate
network.
- Collaborate with recruiters, team leads, and hiring managers to
understand role requirements, skill expectations, and ideal candidate
profiles.
- Assist in developing innovative and effective sourcing strategies
while staying updated on emerging recruitment trends, tools, and best
practices.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System
(ATS), support sourcing reports, and track key recruitment metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives by representing the
organization professionally and promoting its value proposition to attract
high-quality talent.
Preferred
candidate profile:
- Postgraduate
degree MBA in HR/ Psychology background with a strong academic record
(CGPA of >7/ 10 ).
- Base
graduation in B.E and a recruitment experience as intern will be an added
advantage.
- Excellent
communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong
analytical and logical thinking skills .
- Proficient
in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools .
- Self-starter
with an aptitude for structured thinking and attention to detail.
- Interest
in HR trends, talent strategy, and the evolving client landscape in India.
