Industry Preference: BFSI (Experience selling B2B services or solutions to banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, or financial institutions) Or FMCG & Retail: Experience selling B2B services or solutions to FMCG companies, retail chains, consumer brands, or distribution-led organizations
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Business Development to drive our client's enterprise sales across assigned industry verticals. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with enterprise clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting our Background Verification and Audit & Assurance solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling capabilities, an established network within the target industry, and a proven ability to engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales within the assigned industry vertical
- Sell EBV and Audit & Assurance services to large enterprises
- Build relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers
- Develop new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and client onboarding
- Achieve revenue and growth targets
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6–15 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales
- Strong experience selling B2B services or solutions within the assigned industry vertical
- Strong industry connects and enterprise relationships
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and account growth
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders across business functions
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship management skills
- Prior experience in consulting, compliance, audit, HR solutions, SaaS, outsourcing, or enterprise services sales preferred.
