Marketing Engineer (Front End)
Summary
Build and optimize marketing websites and landing pages using Next.js, React, and headless CMS, while integrating AI tools for development and interactive content.
The Opportunity
Euna Solutions is looking for a Web Marketing Manager to own and evolve our digital web presence—and help us build the next generation of it. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role embedded in the Marketing department to build high‑performing web experiences across our full product portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day‑to‑day web operations across eunasolutions.com and related properties, including page publishing, content updates, redirects, and QA.
- Build and maintain high‑quality landing pages for campaigns, product launches, events, and conversion‑focused initiatives.
- Contribute to the migration from WordPress to a Next.js‑based, headless CMS environment—from CMS evaluation through implementation.
- Collaborate on hosting infrastructure, DNS, CDN configuration (Cloudflare), caching strategy, and performance optimization.
- Maintain web performance standards including Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance.
- Support technical SEO implementation including structured data, metadata management, canonical tags, robots directives, and internal linking.
- Use AI coding tools (Claude, Code) as a core part of your development workflow—not as a supplement.
- Prototype and ship interactive tools, calculators, and dynamic content experiences with AI assistance.
- Help establish AI development workflows and standards for the marketing web team.
- Stay current on the AI tooling landscape and advocate for adoption of tools that improve output quality or team velocity.
- Build and optimize campaign‑specific landing pages across product lines.
- Be responsible for the performance of Euna’s web properties, including in‑market traffic and conversion rates.
- Support A/B testing and conversion‑rate‑optimization initiatives using analytics and experimentation platforms.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content to ensure web properties accurately reflect current messaging and positioning.
- Assist with web components of integrated campaigns including event pages, gated content, and form‑driven conversion flows.
- Monitor and report on web performance metrics, traffic, engagement, conversions, and technical health.
- Use GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other tools to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Maintain an active, prioritized backlog of web improvements grounded in business impact.
- Audit and maintain consent management, cookie compliance, and privacy‑related web configurations.
