Marketing Engineer (Front End)

The Opportunity
Euna Solutions is looking for a Web Marketing Manager to own and evolve our digital web presence—and help us build the next generation of it. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role embedded in the Marketing department to build high‑performing web experiences across our full product portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day‑to‑day web operations across eunasolutions.com and related properties, including page publishing, content updates, redirects, and QA.
  • Build and maintain high‑quality landing pages for campaigns, product launches, events, and conversion‑focused initiatives.
  • Contribute to the migration from WordPress to a Next.js‑based, headless CMS environment—from CMS evaluation through implementation.
  • Collaborate on hosting infrastructure, DNS, CDN configuration (Cloudflare), caching strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Maintain web performance standards including Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance.
  • Support technical SEO implementation including structured data, metadata management, canonical tags, robots directives, and internal linking.
  • Use AI coding tools (Claude, Code) as a core part of your development workflow—not as a supplement.
  • Prototype and ship interactive tools, calculators, and dynamic content experiences with AI assistance.
  • Help establish AI development workflows and standards for the marketing web team.
  • Stay current on the AI tooling landscape and advocate for adoption of tools that improve output quality or team velocity.
  • Build and optimize campaign‑specific landing pages across product lines.
  • Be responsible for the performance of Euna’s web properties, including in‑market traffic and conversion rates.
  • Support A/B testing and conversion‑rate‑optimization initiatives using analytics and experimentation platforms.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content to ensure web properties accurately reflect current messaging and positioning.
  • Assist with web components of integrated campaigns including event pages, gated content, and form‑driven conversion flows.
  • Monitor and report on web performance metrics, traffic, engagement, conversions, and technical health.
  • Use GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other tools to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain an active, prioritized backlog of web improvements grounded in business impact.
  • Audit and maintain consent management, cookie compliance, and privacy‑related web configurations.

What You Bring

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in a web marketing, web development, or digital marketing role with significant hands‑on web production responsibility.
  • Proficiency with Next.js or React, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on a modern JavaScript framework, npm/yarn, and version control (Git).
  • Proficiency with WordPress and at least one visual editor (e.g., X/Cornerstone, Elementor, or similar).
  • Experience evaluating or implementing headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok, Prismic).
  • Fluency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—comfortable reading, writing, and debugging code.
  • Active, practical experience using AI development tools as a core part of your production workflow.
  • Hands‑on experience with web hosting environments, DNS, CDN platforms and server‑side configuration.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO implementation.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms including GA4 and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; able to manage multiple workstreams with stakeholders across a marketing organization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with WordPress at a technical level (theme development, custom plugins, page builders).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Pardot, or other marketing automation platforms and CRM form integration patterns.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or public sector software marketing.
  • Experience with consent management platforms (e.g., Complianz, OneTrust) and privacy compliance implementation.

Location

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON (or ATL, GA) office.

Compensation Range
