About the role

The project focuses on improving diagnostics and support tooling for enterprise cloud environments. The team develops Azure-based solutions that help enhance service reliability, troubleshoot issues faster, and provide better visibility into cloud workloads and mission-critical systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with C#/.NET development in cloud or enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and compute services, including Virtual Machines (VMs), Virtual Machine Scale Sets (VMSS), Storage, Web Jobs, App Services, Key Vault, and Durable Functions
- Strong understanding of Azure networking fundamentals (e.g., VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, routing)
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and deployment workflows
- Experience developing and maintaining cloud-based applications and distributed systems
- Ability to investigate technical issues, identify improvements, and create clear documentation
- Understanding of software reliability, troubleshooting, and production support practices
- Experience with C++ development or low-level systems programming
- Hands-on knowledge of network operations, protocols, and troubleshooting in hybrid/cloud environments
- Experience with high-load systems and performance optimization
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
- Experience with ARM templates, Bicep, or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Experience building diagnostic, monitoring, or support tools
- Familiarity with service health monitoring and cloud infrastructure environments
- Exposure to hybrid infrastructure platforms (e.g., Nutanix, VMware, Dell)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain diagnostic and support tools for improving service reliability and performance
- Work with Azure services to build solutions that improve troubleshooting efficiency and reduce time to resolution
- Integrate Azure components to deliver reliable end-to-end diagnostic capabilities
- Participate in Service Health Reviews and help identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with engineering teams on deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of cloud services
- Ability to work with overlap until 11:00 AM PST (8:00 PM CET)
