About the role

The project focuses on enhancing diagnostics and support tooling for enterprise cloud environments. The team builds and integrates Azure-based solutions to improve service reliability, optimize performance, and provide a seamless end-to-end diagnostic platform that supports diverse workloads and mission-critical systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in C#/.NET development within cloud or enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in Azure, including Storage, Web Jobs, DevOps, App Services, Key Vault, and Durable Functions
- Experience in independent investigation, driving improvements, and thorough documentation
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, service reliability, and cloud-based application design
- Experience with high-load systems and performance optimization
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks
- Experience with ARM templates for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Experience developing diagnostic or monitoring platforms
- Familiarity with service health management and performance optimization in production environments
- Exposure to large-scale cloud or hybrid infrastructure systems (e.g., Nutanix, VMware, Dell)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain diagnostic and support tools to enhance Nutanix service performance and reliability
- Identify and implement Azure services and tools to meet defined KPIs for diagnostic efficiency and time to resolution
- Integrate multiple Azure components to deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end diagnostic solution
- Conduct regular Service Health Reviews to ensure system availability, reliability, and optimized latency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of diagnostic services
- Overlap time requirements until 11:00 AM PST (8:00 PM CET)
