About the role

The project focuses on improving diagnostics and support tooling for enterprise cloud environments. The team develops Azure-based solutions that help enhance service reliability, troubleshoot issues faster, and provide better visibility into cloud workloads and mission-critical systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing C#/.NET services in production environments
- Deep hands-on experience with AKS/Kubernetes, including node lifecycle management, node pools, scaling, capacity planning, and production troubleshooting
- Strong experience with Azure compute and networking, including Virtual Machine Scale Sets (VMSS), VNet injection, Virtual Machines, and bare-metal provisioning
- Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure and application layers
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and service reliability
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AKS Flex Node
- Experience with Azure Arc
- Experience with KubeVirt
- Familiarity with Linux container internals (systemd-nspawn, containerd, CNI)
- Experience with F#
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET services supporting Azure-based platform infrastructure
- Lead the design, optimization, and troubleshooting of AKS clusters and Azure infrastructure
- Drive CI/CD improvements and infrastructure automation initiatives
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues across Kubernetes, Azure infrastructure, and application services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence
- Contribute to technical design, documentation, and engineering best practices
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance during development and production support
- Ability to work with overlap until 11:00 AM PST (8:00 PM CET)
