About the role

The project focuses on developing and improving cloud-based diagnostic and support solutions for enterprise environments. The team builds Azure-based services and tools that help improve system reliability, troubleshoot issues faster, and support mission-critical workloads.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing C#/.NET applications and services in production environments
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, TLS, and network troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Azure App Services and Azure Functions
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Experience developing cloud-based applications and working with distributed systems
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot application and production issues
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to investigate technical issues independently
- Experience with Azure API Management
- Familiarity with Azure Storage, Service Bus, or Event Grid
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
- Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using C#/.NET
- Build and support cloud-native applications running on Azure App Services and Azure Functions
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot application, networking, and cloud environment issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve service reliability, scalability, and performance
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation
- Contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives
- Overlap time requirements until 11:00 AM PST (8:00 PM CET)
