Network Operations Support (24x7 Shift) I Up to 22K

Salary: HKD 18000 - 22000 per month

• Provide 24x7 operational support, including log monitoring, remote troubleshooting, and service restoration
• Handle incident, problem, and change management in accordance with IT service management processes
• Perform first-level analysis of network and security events and escalate when necessary
• Monitor and support customer network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and utilization
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding network performance, security incidents, and technical issues

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline
• 1 year of experience in network operations, NOC, IT support, or server administration
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting
• Professional certifications such as CCNA are preferred
• Willingness to work on a 24x7 rotating shift schedule
