Network Technician

Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in networking, IT troubleshooting, network cabling, telephone systems, and computer hardware/software support.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for network and IT equipment.

• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot cabling and wiring.

• Troubleshoot and maintain office telephone systems.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Perform hardware and software installation, setup, configuration, and maintenance.

• Provide IT technical support at the office and customer sites.

• Assist with other IT and networking-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Experiences in network wiring and cabling installation, testing, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for office telephone systems, PCs, laptops, and other IT equipment, including hardware and software-related issues.

• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fresh graduates with relevant networking knowledge are encouraged to apply.
