Officer (Field Visit Collection)

Job description

Conducts daily field visits to delinquent customers based on pre-planned routes to ensure direct follow-up and recovery actions.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements directly with customers while maintaining a professional and mannered approach to maximize successful debt recovery.
Locate customers who have changed their addresses or contact information to support effective account resolution.
Document the outcome of each field visit accurately to ensure proper reporting and tracking of collection activities (e.g., "Promise to Pay", "Refusal to Pay", or "Address Vacant") in the collection system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets to maximize total debt recovery.
