Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our applications. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will work closely with development and QA teams to design and execute performance tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve application performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement performance testing strategies for various applications. - Utilize tools such as LoadRunner to simulate user load and analyze system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand performance requirements and ensure they are met. - Create and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios. - Monitor and analyze performance test results, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. - Report findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders. - Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve testing processes. Required Skills: - Strong experience in performance testing methodologies and tools, particularly LoadRunner. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. - Familiarity with scripting languages, particularly JavaScript. - Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
