Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our applications. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will work closely with development and operations teams to design and execute performance tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve application performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement performance testing strategies using LoadRunner and other tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and performance benchmarks. - Develop and execute test scripts to simulate various load scenarios and analyze system behavior under stress. - Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. - Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure performance considerations are integrated into the development process. - Utilize Jenkins and CI/CD practices to automate performance testing and integrate it into the deployment pipeline. Required Skills: - Proficiency in LoadRunner for performance testing. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript for scripting and automation. - Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD methodologies. - Familiarity with Agile development practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
