Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our applications. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will work closely with development and QA teams to design, implement, and execute performance tests using tools such as LoadRunner. You will also be involved in analyzing performance test results and providing recommendations for improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner and other performance testing tools. - Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues. - Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and performance requirements. - Implement CI/CD practices to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle. - Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure performance considerations are included in the development process. - Document test plans, test cases, and test results, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Required Skills: - Proficiency in LoadRunner for performance testing. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript and experience with Jenkins for CI/CD. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices. - Experience in performance testing and analysis. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
