Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our applications. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will work closely with development and QA teams to design and execute performance tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve application performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement performance testing strategies using tools such as LoadRunner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and performance benchmarks. - Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts using JavaScript and Jenkins. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. - Document test plans, test cases, and test results, and communicate findings to stakeholders. - Utilize Jira for tracking issues and managing test cases effectively. Required Skills: - Strong experience in performance testing methodologies and tools, particularly LoadRunner. - Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting automated tests. - Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, especially Jenkins. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
