POS Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to support a strategic multi-market POS rollout initiative. The role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end programme activities, managing dependencies across multiple teams, and ensuring successful deployment across markets.

This position requires a strong programme leader capable of operating at both strategic and execution levels, working closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and market representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-market POS rollout programme.

• Drive programme planning, execution, implementation, and deployment activities.

• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and business functions.

• Ensure programme milestones and objectives are achieved.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Digital, Retail, Technology, Operations, and business teams.

• Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Manage programme communications and governance forums.

• Drive decision-making and resolve cross-functional issues.

Planning & Governance

• Build and maintain programme plans and delivery roadmaps.

• Track key milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Establish and manage governance structures and status reporting.

• Monitor programme health and delivery performance.

Rollout & Implementation

• Coordinate deployment readiness activities across markets.

• Manage cutover planning and go-live execution.

• Ensure business and technical teams are aligned throughout implementation.

• Support rollout execution and issue resolution during critical deployment phases.

Risk & Dependency Management

• Identify and mitigate programme risks.

• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects.

• Escalate critical issues when required.

• Drive proactive problem-solving throughout the programme lifecycle.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of Project and/or Programme Management experience.

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale transformation or technology programmes.

• Experience delivering multi-country or regional rollouts.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Strong governance, planning, risk, and dependency management capabilities.

• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Experience

• POS rollout experience.

• Retail technology implementation experience.

• Store systems, omnichannel, or digital transformation experience.

• Luxury retail, consumer retail, FMCG, or technology environments.

• APAC regional programme experience.
