About the Role

As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Rubiscape, you are the technical bridge between a prospect's data challenges and the transformative capabilities of our Decision Intelligence Platform. Working alongside Account Executives, you will drive technical discovery, craft compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations across RubiFlow, RubiSight, and RubiAI, and translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value. This role is pivotal in shortening our <90-day time-to-value promise and winning deals that displace legacy Western BI and data platforms at Fortune 500 accounts across India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead technical discovery sessions with prospect data, analytics, and IT teams to surface pain points across data pipelines, reporting, and AI readiness.

· Design and deliver tailored Rubiscape platform demonstrations — covering RubiFlow ETL/ELT, RubiSight dashboards, RubiAI copilot, and AutoML workflows — mapped directly to prospect use cases.

· Build and present Proof of Concept (PoC) environments within agreed timelines, demonstrating 3x faster pipeline delivery and measurable business outcomes.

· Develop ROI models and business case documentation that quantify 5x TCO reduction and 40% decision latency improvement for prospects in BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, and government sectors.

· Respond to technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accurate, differentiated answers that reflect Rubiscape's multi-deployment model (SaaS, BYOC, On-Prem, Hybrid, Air-Gap).

· Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay competitive intelligence, feature gaps, and prospect feedback that directly shapes the Rubiscape roadmap.

· Maintain demo environments, reusable PoC assets, and technical collateral to continuously improve pre-sales velocity and win rates.

Requirements

Requirements

· 2–4 years of pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales engineering experience in enterprise data, analytics, or AI/ML platforms.

· Hands-on familiarity with at least two of: Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent modern data stack tools.

· Ability to independently build data pipelines, SQL queries, and basic ML model workflows for live demonstrations and PoC delivery.

· Strong communication skills — ability to translate technical architecture into CFO-level business outcomes and present confidently to mixed audiences of data engineers and C-suite stakeholders.

· Demonstrated experience responding to enterprise RFPs/RFIs and managing concurrent technical evaluations across multiple prospects.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to Have

· Exposure to Decision Intelligence, augmented analytics, or MLOps platforms in a sales or consulting context.

· Experience in regulated industries such as BFSI, healthcare, or government where data sovereignty and deployment flexibility are critical evaluation criteria.

· Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM tooling for pipeline and activity tracking.

· Knowledge of enterprise data governance frameworks (data lineage, cataloguing, RBAC) as a pre-sales differentiator.
