Pre-Sales Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer.

About the Project
AskUI develops AI-powered test automation solutions, including AskUI Desktop and AgentOS, helping companies automate testing across desktop, web, and HMI applications.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical discovery calls with QA leads, test managers, and engineering teams.
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demos of AskUI Desktop and AgentOS.
• Plan and conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) with clear success criteria.
• Build initial automations for customer use cases, including HMI, desktop, and web applications.
• Answer technical questions, security questionnaires, and RFPs.
• Support the handover to the onboarding team after deals are closed.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
• Support events, webinars, and trade fairs by delivering live demos.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Test Automation Engineer.
• Good knowledge of test automation and QA processes.
• Python skills, with the ability to write and debug scripts independently.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel to customers across the DACH region and Europe.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, or Tosca.
• Experience with AI agents or LLMs.
