Summary
Presales/Solution Engineer for APAC at a PKI/cybersecurity vendor: leads product demos, webinars and customer events, partners with sales on technical discovery, RFPs and solution architecture, and supports customers with PKI integrations, POCs and pilots. Core tech: PKI, AWS/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, Windows/Linux, networking.
Salary: $5k - $6k p.m. + AWS + PB

Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and they are looking for Presales/Solution Engineer (APAC) to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value growth opportunities, trainings and diversity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, webinars, conferences and customer events.
- Partner with Sales on technical discovery, qualification, business cases, RFPs/RFQs and solution architecture.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure PKI solutions aligned with business needs.
- Provide expert technical guidance on Enterprise PKI and support customers with complex integration challenges.
- Support customer API integrations, testing, pilots, POCs and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Development and Professional Services on product requirements, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Develop solution guides, technical documentation, training materials and internal enablement resources.
- Manage multiple technical projects independently while staying current on PKI, cybersecurity, competitor solutions and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA, ISC2, GIAC, etc.).
- Working knowledge of PKI, information security, compliance (GDPR, PSD2, eIDAS) and cloud/container technologies (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Customer-focused with strong interest and experience in IT and technology.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, servers, desktops, VMs and command-line tools.
- Good understanding of networking, TCP/IP, network configuration, firewalls and routers
