Product Owner (Mid‑Level) *ด่วนแนบ Resume

Salary: ฿45,000 – ฿60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals

• Translate business needs into well-defined epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility

• Collaborate daily with development teams to clarify requirements, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery

• Conduct market and user research to inform product decisions and validate solutions

• Evaluate product performance through KPIs and user feedback to guide future iterations

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment across teams

• Ensure that product releases are well-coordinated and communicated internally and externally

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in product ownership or product management

• Strong analytical and business analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum experience is a plus)

• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and hybrid work environment

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent is a plus

• Passionate about delivering value and creating user-centric products
