Program Analyst
Summary
Oversee training programs, manage budgets, and analyze submarine tactical systems for the U.S. Pacific Fleet at Pearl Harbor.
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Director for Training, Tactical Development and Doctrine Directorate (Code N7) of PAC FLEET SUB FORCE OPS COMPONENT.
You will oversee the administrative, fiscal, and contractual management of assigned training programs.
You will develop and schedule crew training and provide metrics on the training and certification of submarine deployments.
You will support the integration of tactical system modernization plans and communicate technical requirements clearly to a broad audience.
You will use qualitative and quantitative studies to identify, define, and resolve issues related to submarine tactical system conditions.
You will review reports and support requests to identify deficiencies and recommend solutions.
You will manage the deployment and performance of submarine tactical systems.
