MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary
Analyzes military readiness programs, designs training, and prepares data-driven presentations for naval aviation leadership.
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the CURRENT READINESS CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAM of HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE WING PAC.
You will analyze long and short term program objectives and operational requirements to correct Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT) identified deficiencies.
You will establish, implement, and maintain a Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT) indoctrination training program.
You will data and tools to create presentations for the Wing Commodore in support of various meetings.
You will provide supervision, management, and professional expertise in the current and future implementations of Barrier Removal Teams to efficiently resolve community issues.
You will interface with military and civilian agencies that provide source data and documentation for the Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT).
You will oversee Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT) data collection and population of appropriate charts and graphics to be used for presentation of Type/Model/Series (T/M/S) CR CFT status and progress.
