MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary
Analyze and manage military resource allocation for the U.S. Pacific Fleet, overseeing budgeting and funding programs to align resources with warfare requirements.
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the WARFARE REQUIREMENTS AND RESOURCES DIRECTORATE of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC.
You will serve as the principal architect of COMSUBPAC's input into the OPNAV Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES).
You will serve as the lead for COMSUBPAC's role in the generation of the annual Integrated Prioritized List (IPL) in support of the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
You will manage the COMSUBPAC unfunded requirements validation and funding allocation process in execution years to ensure the optimum expenditure of scarce resources.
You will manage numerous COMSUBPAC specialized funding programs to ensure proper alignment of resources to requirements.
