Project Manager - SAP

We are searching for an experienced SAP Project Manager to take charge of our SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation programs. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in project management, coupled with a deep understanding of SAP ERP solutions and business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, while effectively managing stakeholders, budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with the SAP PM Competency - Delivery team to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
• Document and maintain project records, including change requests, issues, and resolutions.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP HANA.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with business requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
