QA Engineer
Summary
QA engineer (2+ yrs testing) for a product that integrates Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace: testing releases and customer workflows, investigating issues via logs and APIs, and handling support with clear escalation evidence. Includes one week of 24/7 on-call every few weeks.
We’re looking for a QA engineer with 2+ years of software testing experience who enjoys understanding complex software, investigating problems, and helping customers.
Our products integrate business systems, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. You’ll need to understand how these systems interact and how configuration, permissions, and data flows affect their behavior. We’ll teach you the product specifics.
What you’ll do
Test features and releases, check customer workflows, and identify risks.
Investigate issues using logs, APIs, and diagnostic tools, working towards the root cause where possible.
Handle support requests, document findings, and provide clear evidence when escalating to developers.
Help define critical smoke and E2E scenarios; developers implement and maintain automated tests.
Use AI tools to help with testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, and verify the results.
What you’ll need
Solid QA fundamentals and experience testing web applications.
Ability to investigate unfamiliar problems independently: form hypotheses, gather evidence, and narrow down the likely cause.
Practical understanding of web technologies, APIs, authentication, and data exchange between systems.
Clear written and spoken English and comfort working with customers.
Scripting or automation experience is a plus.
On-call participation is required
You’ll join our 24/7 support rotation: one week on call outside normal working hours, followed by a few weeks without on-call duties. During your week, you must be reachable and ready to respond, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
On-call work is remote and compensated under company policy, with details shared at the offer stage.
