Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes and methodologies, particularly in the aerospace industry, as indicated by familiarity with AS9102 and AS9100 standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with AS9102 and AS9100 standards. - Utilize tools such as Teamcenter for managing quality documentation and workflows. - Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products to identify defects and areas for improvement. - Facilitate discussions and problem-solving sessions using techniques such as fishbone analysis to address quality issues. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle. - Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management, highlighting areas of concern and recommendations for improvement. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of AS9102 and AS9100 quality standards. - Proficiency in using Teamcenter and other quality management tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis techniques such as fishbone diagrams. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
